Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Director).
  2. The submission file is in a PDF format.
  3. The text is single-spaced; uses Times New Roman 12-point font,left and right justified, 1.5 line spacing.

    All illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.

  4. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Conference.
  5. The scientific committee will review all the submission and those accepted will be presented as an oral or a poster presentation.

  6. Abstracts may not exceed 250 – 300 words in length, please make sure you identify the presenter in abstracts with multiple authors.
  7. The abstract should be structured into the following sections:

    o Introduction

    o Material and method

    o Results

    o Conclusion

  8. Abstracts must be submitted ONLINE only through this page

     

  9. Accepted abstract, a notification email will be sent to the corresponding author.

    -For accepted poster abstracts, bring your poster as a hard copy which should be taken back once the conference is over

    -The quality of the poster as well as the scientific material will be assessed and the best posters will win prizes

    -All acceptedposter  abstracts will be displayed as posters. Therefore the candidate will have to bring the printed poster with following specification- height:120cm width:90cm

FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION >>> Create new registration (new user) or login in (old user) with your username & password >>> redirected to User home >>> click on 'New Submission' >>> Read & Complete the Checklist & Click on Save & Continue >>> Fill in details of your Abstract & click on Continue >>>>  upload your abstract PDF file & Submit
